Join Connie Byers of Byers Ranch Apothecary for a thoughtful and hands-on workshop exploring traditional herbal approaches to gentle seasonal detoxification.
 
In this class, we’ll discuss why many herbal traditions emphasize spring cleansing, how the body’s natural detoxification systems work, and how herbs can be used to support those processes safely and effectively.
 
We’ll explore several classic spring herbal allies — including dandelion, burdock, ginger, and warming digestive spices — and how they’ve historically been used to support liver function, digestion, and overall vitality.
 
Participants will also learn practical ways to incorporate these herbs into daily life through bitters, teas, and simple preparations that encourage gentle digestive stimulation.
 
During the hands-on portion of the class, each participant will create their own Spiced Dandelion Bitters, a traditional herbal preparation designed to support digestion and seasonal wellness.
 
This class blends traditional herbal wisdom with practical, modern application so you leave with knowledge you can comfortably use at home.
